1, the adopter application

1) identity card and residence certificate;

According to the adopted person\'s different circumstances, also provide the following materials:
1) adoptions of orphans growing up social welfare agencies also need to provide proof of the social welfare agencies agree to adoptions;
2) adopting abandoned babies and children, shall be issued by the competent authorities of the natural parents could not find proof;
3) of the adoptions of children with disabilities, provides disability certificate issued by hospitals above the county level.
3, review
Adoption registration authorities to review the application of the adopter and materials, eligible grant registration.
4, registration

Adoption to be given to the examination of the certificate of adoption, adoptive relationship from the date of registration of adoption was established. Adoption, as statutory adoption registration procedures, are protected by law.
