Eat more whole grains more health

Han Yu of the day: today is the weekend, his son stay in bed, lazy in bed to 8:30. Usually he does not get up so late, almost all the rest will go to assumption 1 hour in the morning. Basically no snack intake in the life of the son, is at most one or two small cookies and yogurt, never eat potato chips expanded fried foods such as shrimp.
