Type of the step-parent and child relationship

Following the relations between parents and children come in three types:
1. Birthright, namely father (mother) and stepmother (parent) when a remarriage, step-children have adult independent life; or is minor but still provide life education fees by their biological parents, education growing up without a stepfather or stepmother, stepfather or stepmother to a maintenance obligation is not. Such step-parent and child relationship as purely an immediate affinity. Law does not require stepfather or stepmother tending obligations to minor step-child, is tending to be premised on voluntary.
2. Live together, namely father (mother) and stepmother (parent) when a remarriage, step-children not adult, they along with the student\'s parents and stepfather or stepmother in common life, stepfather or stepmother has taken on some or all of their education. In fact on the step-parent or adult stepchildren to support and assist the long-term, also considered forming a tending relations. Minor step-child can accept both biological parents and stepfather or stepmother tending to it, future adult to fulfil maintenance obligations of parents, stepfather or stepmother, and can inherit legacy of students \' parents, stepfather or stepmother.
3. -Adoption, stepfather or stepmother by following the child\'s biological parents consent, has officially adopted the stepchildren for their dependent children. At the same time, the child and the living\'s mother
(Parent) party as lineal blood kinship relations, and conceived and not together live (mother) the consequent elimination of rights and obligations of a party.
